Returns and Shipping Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review the policy below carefully to avoid any confusion.

Ruze Return Policy
- You have 30 days from the date you receive your shoes to ship them back to us.

For a full refund: Shoes must be
- Unworn
- In original condition, and
- Include all original packaging (including the shoe box)

Refunds can only be issued:
- Back to your original payment method, or
- As store credit.

You are responsible for a $12 return shipping fee, unless:
- You received the wrong product, or
- The item is defective or damaged.

If you received an incorrect or defective/damaged item:
- Contact our customer service team at customerservice@ruzeshoes.com
- We will ask for a brief description of the issue and photos to verify your claim.
- Once verified, we will provide a prepaid return label at no cost.

If Return Shipping is YOUR Responsibility, you may:
- Use any carrier of your choice, or
- Use our prepaid return label for a $13 fee.

If you are provided a prepaid return label,
- You must ship the product back to us within 7 days of receiving the label.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable in all cases and will not be included in any refund.

We will process your refund within 48 to 72 hours of receiving your return. Please be patient with us as we may experience delays during busy periods (such as holidays) and processing may take longer.
- After we issue the refund, your bank or credit card company may take up to 7 - 10 business days to post the credit to your account.

For International Orders:
- We do not accept International Returns or Exchanges unless the item is defective or sent incorrectly.
- All other sales shipped outside of the United States are final.
Exchange Policy
If you would like to exchange your item, please start your exchange request HERE
- Exchanges are subject to the same 30-day window and condition requirements as returns (unworn, original packaging, no damage).
- Exchanges will only be shipped out after we receive and inspect the original item.
- If the requested exchange item is unavailable, we may offer:
- An alternative style/size,
- A refund, or
- Store credit, depending on availability and your preference.
Mystery Box Policy
- All Mystery Box sales are final.
- No returns or exchanges are accepted for Mystery Boxes, except when:
- The item is defective, or
- The item is incorrect.
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect product from a Mystery Box:
- Contact our customer service team within 30 days of delivery. (See Below)
- Provide your order number and photos of the item.
- We will review your claim and, if approved, issue either a replacement or store credit.
- Mystery Box contents are random and:
- Cannot be customized.
- Cannot be exchanged based on style or preference.
- Please ensure you select the correct size and gender (if applicable) before completing your purchase.
Shipping Policy (U.S.)
- 2-Day Shipping:
- Orders must be placed before 5:00 AM PST to ship the same day.
- Orders placed after 5:00 AM PST will ship the next business day.
- Deliveries are not made on Saturday or Sunday.
- 1-Day Shipping:
- Orders must be placed before 5:00 AM PST to ship the same day.
- Orders placed after 5:00 AM PST will ship the next business day.
- Deliveries are not made on Saturday or Sunday.
- 1-Day shipping is only available to California, Nevada, and Arizona.
- Shipping to P.O. Boxes are available.
International Shipping
- International orders are imported on behalf of the consignee/buyer.
- By placing an international order, you authorize Ruze Shoes to:
- Import the goods on your behalf, and
- Delegate the import obligations to a subcontractor (e.g., customs broker), if needed.
- The consignee/buyer is responsible for paying any taxes, duties, and fees in addition to the purchase price of the goods.
International Rates and Delivery
- To view international shipping services and rates:
- Add your item to the cart and enter your shipping address at checkout.
- International services typically deliver within 4–8 business days.
- International customers are responsible for:
- All taxes, duties, and fees imposed by their government, and
- Any brokerage charges assessed by the carrier.
- All international shipping services include tracking.
- Items will not be marked as gifts or declared at lower values.
