Return Policy
Were you not completely satisfied with your purchase? Not to worry! We want to make sure you are happy so we offer a simple return policy. All you need to know is:

- - You have 30 days after receiving your shoes to ship them back to us.
- - You may return your shoes for a full refund provided the shoes are unworn and still contain all of the original packaging.
- - You are responsible for return shipping fees unless you received the wrong product or the item is defective/damaged
- - When return shipping is your responsibility you can ship back to us with a carrier of your choosing
- - If you received an incorrect item or it is defective/damaged we will ask for a description of the issue along with associated images to verify your claim
- - When given a prepaid return label please ensure you ship the product back to us within 7 days of receiving the prepaid return label
- - Shipping charges are non-refundable in all scenarios and will be excluded from any refund
- - Refunds can only be issued to your original payment method or to store credit
- - We will process your refund within 48 hours of receipt. However, your credit card company may take up to 10 business days to post a credit to your account.
- - We do not accept International returns or exchanges unless item is defective or sent incorrectly. All sales otherwise shipped outside of the United States are final.
- - We offer "Return Care" at checkout for a small fee of $5. If you elect to purchase "Return Care" at checkout your return will be "covered" as long as the request is within the 30-day window. We will send you a free return shipping label upon approving your return.
Mystery Box
All Mystery Box sales are final. No returns or exchanges are accepted, except in the case of defective or incorrect items. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item. We will review your claim and, if approved, issue a replacement or store credit. The contents of each Mystery Box are random and cannot be customized or exchanged. Please ensure you select the correct size and gender (if applicable) before completing your purchase.

- *2 day orders must be placed before 8 AM PST to be shipped the same day, if not they will ship out the next business day. Deliveries will not be made on Saturday or Sunday.
- *1 day orders must be placed before 8 AM PST to be shipped the same day, if not they will ship out the next business day. Deliveries will not be made on Saturday or Sunday.
- *1 day shipping is only available to the following states, California, Nevada, and Arizona.
- Shipping to PO Boxes is available
International
The goods will be imported on behalf of the consignee/buyer. The consignee authorized Ruze Shoes to import the goods on his behalf. Further, the consignee/buyer agrees that Ruze Shoes may delegate the obligation to import the goods on his behalf to a subcontractor (e.g. customs broker). The consignee will pay the taxes & duties in addition to the purchase price of the goods.
- *To view international shipping services/rates, add your item to your shopping cart and input your shipping information.
- *International shipping services will deliver your shoes in 4-8 business days.
- *International customers are responsible for any taxes/duties/fees that are imposed by their respective government and any brokerage charges assessed by the carrier
- *All international shipping services have trackability
